Areas of Support.

We connect you with therapists who focus on:

  • Anxiety can feel like constant what-ifs, restless nights, or a mind that won’t slow down.

Therapy can help you understand patterns behind anxious thoughts, and build tools to manage it effectively.

    Often shows up as:

    • Overthinking every conversation / decision

    • Trouble relaxing, even when nothing’s “wrong”

    • Avoiding plans or social situations

    • Feeling like your mind won’t turn off

  • Low mood and depression affect how you think, feel, and function day to day.

Working with a therapist can help you identify underlying patterns, shift unhelpful thoughts and begin rebuilding balance.

    Often shows up as:

    • Feeling numb / disconnected from others and yourself

    • Losing interest in things that once brought joy

    • Difficulty concentrating or staying present

    • Difficulty finding motivation

  • Feeling stretched thin, exhausted, or like you’re running on autopilot?

Working with a therapist can help you understand what’s driving the pressure, and develop healthier boundaries.

    Often shows up as:

    • Pressure to keep going, even if you’re depleted

    • Running through endless to-do lists without feeling accomplished

    • Feeling guilty for resting or saying “no”

    • Wanting a break but not knowing how to slow down

  • Navigating relationships can be challenging — whether it’s with a partner, family member, friend, or colleague. Challenges in communication, trust, or unmet needs can lead to frustration, distance, or recurring conflict.

Therapy can help you identify relational patterns, strengthen communication skills, and foster healthier, more secure connections.

    Often shows up as:

    • Repeating the same arguments without resolution

    • Struggling to express needs or set boundaries

    • Feeling unseen, unheard, or emotionally distant

    • Avoiding conflict out of fear of making things worse

  • Change — even when it’s planned or positive — can bring unexpected stress. New chapters like starting a job, moving, graduating, or ending a relationship can create uncertainty.

Working with a therapist can help you process these shifts, adjust to new realities, and rebuild a sense of stability.

    Often shows up as:

    • Feeling ungrounded or unsure of your next step

    • Difficulty adjusting to new routines

    • Grieving what used to feel familiar or safe

    • Questioning your direction or sense of purpose

  • Understanding who you are — and feeling confident in that — can take time. You might be exploring your values, identity, or sense of self, or noticing patterns of self-criticism that hold you back.

Therapy can help you build self-awareness, strengthen self-trust, and develop a more grounded sense of confidence.

    Often shows up as:

    • Doubting your worth or comparing yourself to others

    • Feeling uncertain about who you are or where you fit

    • Struggling to make decisions or trust your instincts

    • Hiding parts of yourself to feel accepted

  • Loss can take many forms — the passing of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a major life change that shifts what once felt certain.

Working with a therapist can help you understand your grief responses, and find ways to move forward while honouring what matters most.

    Often shows up as:

    • Deep sadness, emptiness, or emotional numbness

    • Guilt or regret about what was left unsaid

    • Difficulty focusing or finding motivation

    • Wondering how to move forward while still holding on to what matters
